Please read this information carefully before participating in Atlas Kingdoms educational programs

Educational Platform Disclaimer

Atlas Kingdoms operates as an educational platform focused on game development skills and programming education. We want to be completely transparent about what our programs offer and what you can realistically expect from your learning experience.

No Employment Guarantees

While our programs are designed to teach valuable game development skills, we cannot and do not guarantee employment outcomes. The gaming industry is competitive, and success depends on many factors including your dedication, practice time, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Any testimonials or success stories shared represent individual experiences and should not be considered typical results. Your experience may differ significantly.

Our autumn 2025 and winter 2026 programs focus on practical skills in JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas, CSS3, and various game development frameworks. We provide education and guidance, but career success ultimately depends on your own efforts and market opportunities.

  • Learning Outcomes: Skills taught are based on current industry practices, but technology evolves rapidly and requirements vary between companies.
  • Time Commitment: Programs require significant time investment outside of scheduled sessions. Most students need 15-20 hours weekly for assignments and practice.
  • Prerequisites: Basic computer literacy is assumed. Programming experience helps but isn't mandatory for beginner tracks starting January 2026.
  • Equipment Needs: Students must provide their own computers capable of running modern development software and browsers.
  • Internet Requirements: Reliable broadband connection essential for live sessions and project submissions.

Social Casino Games - Educational Context

The games developed through our educational programs are social casino-style games designed for learning purposes only. These are entertainment applications, not gambling platforms. No real money can be won or lost through games created in our courses.

Game Classification Notice

All game projects created through Atlas Kingdoms programs are classified as social casino games for educational purposes only. These games are NOT gambling applications and do NOT involve real money transactions.

Students learn to create entertainment software that may simulate casino-style gameplay mechanics purely for educational value in understanding game design principles, user interface development, and programming logic.

Our focus remains on teaching programming concepts, user experience design, and software development practices. The casino-style elements serve as engaging examples for learning JavaScript event handling, animation techniques, and state management — skills applicable across many types of applications.

Program Limitations and Realistic Expectations

We believe in setting honest expectations. Game development education takes time, and mastering these skills happens gradually. Some students find immediate success, others need months of additional practice after completing our programs.

The September 2025 cohort had mixed outcomes — about 40% found entry-level positions within six months, 35% continued freelancing or personal projects, and 25% needed additional training or decided to pursue different career paths. This reflects typical industry patterns, not program failures.

  • Skill Development: Programming abilities develop at different rates. Some concepts click immediately, others require repeated practice and different explanations.
  • Portfolio Creation: Building impressive portfolio pieces often takes longer than anticipated. Budget extra time for polishing projects.
  • Industry Networking: We provide some networking opportunities, but building professional relationships requires ongoing personal effort beyond our programs.
  • Technology Changes: Game development tools and frameworks evolve constantly. Continuous learning after graduation is essential for staying current.
